HOW TO APPLY
Step 1:
Please select the TADS button below to fill out an electronic admissions packet . You may also select the paper app button if you would like to submit your application by paper copy. There is an application fee of $30.00 for both application methods. Please email paper applications to admissions@sjshilo.org
Step 2:
We may be in contact with you to start collecting additional information needed for the application process:
- BIRTH CERTIFICATE
- Submit a copy of the applicant’s birth certificate.
- ACADEMIC RECORDS
- Submit a copy of the applicant's most recent Report Card for the current school year.
- Submit a copy of the applicant's most recent test results from your current school.
- REFERENCES
Step 3:
The candidate will be scheduled for an on-campus written test/observation session. A personal interview with the applicant and at least one parent may be requested.
Step 4:
ADMISSIONS DECISIONS
After the observation/evaluation session or interview, applicant files will be forwarded to the Admissions Committee for review. Parents will be notified of the decision.
