Celebrating Academic Excellence: Class of 2026 Honors
February 11, 2026
Families and students gathered in the student lounge on February 11 to celebrate two exceptional scholars from the Class of 2026, Hoeuli. The special recognition ceremony honored Miya Rubio as Valedictorian and Raylee Mateo as Salutatorian.
The title of Valedictorian is awarded to the student who achieves the highest academic standing in the graduating class. This prestigious honor reflects not only outstanding grades, but also dedication, perseverance, and a consistent commitment to excellence. Miya Rubio has demonstrated these qualities throughout her high school journey, setting a remarkable example for her peers.

The Salutatorian honor is presented to the student with the second-highest academic standing in the class. Raylee Mateo has shown exceptional focus, determination, and academic strength, earning this distinguished recognition through years of hard work and achievement.

We are incredibly proud of Miya and Raylee for their accomplishments. Their success reflects the spirit of excellence that defines the Class of 2026, Hoeuli. Congratulations to both students and their families on this well-deserved recognition!

Mark your calendars to celebrate our graduates on May 22, 2026 at St. Joseph Church. Mass begins at 4pm.
