SJS Celebrates BIIF Golf Champion Leo Saito
May 4, 2026
St. Joseph School proudly recognizes an outstanding achievement by freshman golfer Leo Saito, who captured the BIIF Individual Golf Championship title. Leo’s victory is a testament to his hard work, focus, and determination, and it marks an exciting milestone not only in his athletic journey but also for the entire SJS ʻohana.
Winning a championship at the BIIF level is no small feat—especially as a freshman—and Leo has set a high standard for excellence both on and off the course. His commitment to continuous improvement and competitive spirit truly embody the values we strive to instill in our student-athletes.
We also extend our sincere mahalo to Coach Wally Oki, whose leadership, dedication, and support have been instrumental throughout the season. His guidance continues to shape and inspire our athletes to reach their full potential.
Leo will next compete at the HHSAA State Golf Championships on Oʻahu, taking place May 12–13, 2026. We wish him continued success as he represents St. Joseph School on the state stage. The entire SJS community is cheering you on—go Cardinals!
